The Axis Reference System document window is used to display and modify a specific axis reference system. The window can be opened from the context menu of an axis reference system in the Axes Reference Systems window or directly from the domain context area in the Data Domain Explorer.

You need the domain permission Read (0) on the domain the axis reference  system belongs to, to open the Axis Reference System window for this axis reference system. To modify an axis reference system you need the domain permission Manage axes (10) on the domain the axis reference system belongs to.
